Tesla

At TESLA, I played a pivotal role in the design and testing of high-voltage systems, most notably for the Gen 3 Wall Connector. My contributions led to the identification of significant flaws in the product before its release in the China market, ensuring a high standard of product quality.

I demonstrated expertise in various communication protocols, including SWC, SPI, and CAN. My collaborative approach involved regular interactions with Firmware, Design, Production, and Electrical teams to provide clear testing specifications and ensure alignment

Further showcasing my hands-on technical skills, I designed a proprietary automated pneumatic system that utilized high-precision probes, representing an investment of $140,000 by the company. This work also involved detailed design-for-manufacturing (DFM) considerations for custom parts, including sheet metal and CNC components, as well as procurement activities for mechatronic/mechanical components.

As a part of the R&D team, I was at the forefront of emerging EVSE technology that was rolled out in 2020. My responsibilities also encompassed a wide range of testing procedures on high-voltage equipment, from Burn-In and GFCI tests to Legacy Pilot and Leakage Current evaluations.
