Overview
As an intern at Pampa Technologies, despite being the youngest member of the team, I played a pivotal role in streamlining Tesla’s production floor operations. My primary responsibility was the design and development of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) optimized for manufacturing feasibility. A snapshot of my contributions:
I demonstrated expertise in various communication protocols, including SWC, SPI, and CAN. My collaborative approach involved regular interactions with Firmware, Design, Production, and Electrical teams to provide clear testing specifications and ensure alignment

Overview
- CAD Expertise: Developed intricate CAD designs tailored to Tesla’s needs, focusing on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to ensure seamless production and deployment of AGVs.
- R&D Leadership: Spearheaded multiple R&D initiatives, which led to the prototyping and eventual rollout of next-generation AGVs enhancing production floor efficiency.
- Structural Analysis: Conducted advanced Finite Element Analysis on AGV components to ensure durability, reliability, and optimal performance under varying operational conditions.
- On-Site Assemblies: Took charge of PLC Assembly and Technical Field Assemblies, culminating in the successful deployment of AGVs worth over $2M.
- Technical Documentation: Crafted detailed technical documents employing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), adhering to the Y14.5 industry standards.
- Procurement & Design: Managed material acquisition and product procurement processes. Additionally, devised numerous mechanical systems with a keen emphasis on manufacturability, underscoring my holistic approach to AGV development.
